We want you to be fully satisfied with your QPR Official Store purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that personalized jerseys and memorabilia cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

Return Process

  Fill out the returns form included in your original package, clearly stating the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or an exchange.

  Securely package your items and send them back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe arrival.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
